Nicole Quartin Farinha

I was blessed to have the opportunity to travel all over the world. In these incredible journeys that Life offers me, I started connecting with people around me, talking and listening to people from all over the world.

This is possibly where I learned the most about the human being in all aspects, that fears and limiting beliefs are so similar in all of us. When we turn away from ourselves, our essence and want to regain what we’ve lost, we sometimes don’t know how.

I started a search for peace in my inner world through meditation which led me to hypnotherapy, I discovered, and I experienced the true power of healing through the mind, through our Self. I immersed myself in studies of this form of holistic healing, this gentle therapy has such powerful and long-lasting results.
